With a foundation in engineering, Ron's career moved through technical sales, marketing of technology products, and corporate management. He became President of G. Temple Associates in 1994, following a twelve-year relationship as a client.
Because of Ron's background in technology, markets, and strategy, he leads the agency in developing integrated marketing communications programs for clients that surpass the usual role of marketing. He has experience with selling channels, pricing tactics, ROI, database marketing, inward marketing, and e-marketing that allow GTA to encompass more of the facets that contribute to our clients' total marketing success.

In her position of President & Creative Director, Diane sets a high standard for the creative direction at G. Temple. It springs from a long career in management, design and art direction including her position as V.P., Creative Director of DDB Needham Worldwide. She is a strong believer in unified programs and maintaining the integrity of our clients' brands.
Diane combines her creative abilities with excellent writing skills to develop on-target concepts, and then fully executes and integrates them into a cohesive look and feel throughout the clients' campaigns. At G. Temple, her expertise is applied to advertising, direct marketing, collateral, website development, e-marketing, and practically everything else that needs to look great.

Jeff brings with him over 20 years of experience in industrial B2B marketing. He functions as a Senior Account Manager for several agency clients but also head up the agency's new business efforts. As the past president of Hemsing Advertising, Inc., Jeff's background is heavy in strategic planning and account management. But his strength in media planning and direct marketing, including the internet/online sector, fits well with today's marketing shift to more targeted communications.

Tim brings more than 20 years of professional journalism and business communications experience to the G. Temple public relations director position. He spent several years as an editor with Ward’s Communications, first with Ward’s Auto World then Ward’s Dealer Business. Tim was also senior account executive at Eisbrenner Public Relations, working on automotive supplier accounts. Throughout his career, he covered General Motors Corp. at Springer Publishing and covered business and local news for The Detroit News. At. G. Temple, Tim is responsible for directing the on-going PR programs for our clients, including the development of case histories, feature articles, corporate position papers, press events, trade show and on-line publicity. |
